Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling NextGen Global Resources Solutions and Services to corporate customers, small/medium businesses, and various other organizations.
Drive revenue by prospecting and building our pipeline, while simultaneously strengthening strong personal relationships with potential clients in the West, and Pacific Northwest.
Manage overall sales cycle from introduction until long after
Deliver exemplary account related services
Be an enthusiastic addition to our dynamic team
Meet monthly sales revenue goals set forth by management
Build and create strategies for penetration and account development
Follow up on existing business to ensure quality control, repeat and new business development
Must be able to travel regularly within the region

Requirements:

Staffing industry experience preferred
Three + years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Technology, Wireless and/or Technical staffing or recruiting sector.
You should be competent in all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results.
Proficient in building relationships with new and existing clients.
The drive to push yourself in a rapidly-growing, entrepreneurial field.
Infectiously passionate about the benefits of the industry
Representative of the company, demonstrating integrity and trustworthiness
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
